Q#1: What if I make a mistake in my custom order ?

Answer: You have 48 hours to contact us if a mistake is made in spelling or capitalization. After 48 hours your order has already commenced.

Q#2: What are your customization guidelines ?

Answer: 

- 1-10 Characters Max

- The longer the name the shorter in height the name will be

- Customization of Summer icy sets is 7- 10 business days & Processes every Friday.

-Icy velour sets customization  14-22 business days

-Expedition is $30

-Special Characters are as follows “$ . @ 123456789”

-Unless a mistake is made on Chemical X end there is no refund for custom pieces please make sure to select the correct size

Q#3: I selected pick up now what ?

Answer: If Pick up is selected please promptly email us to set up a pick time or place. We have stock in NYC & Richmond, Virginia. It is your responsibility to contact us to get your items. After 65 days your pick up is voided.

Q#4: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Answer: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q#5: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

Q#6: Do you ship globally?

Answer: Yes we ship globally.

Q#7: Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, in accordance with the new and updated data protection act we promise to keep your information private and secure.

Q#8: What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.
